Scarecrow Day

Oving Scarecrow Day is an annual wonderful celebration of the rural traditions of our village and the church always plays a huge part in the activities and events that have been planned.

The churchyard is always lined with scarecrows made by local schools and youth groups.

Pimm's and Strawberries and burgers and hot dogs are also available in the churchyard which year after year prove to be a huge success and fundraiser and inside the church the Oving Folk Group and others play to a delighted audience.
